Natalie

Nat is our Operations Manager.

After owning and operating a florist in Perth, she returned to NZ with her family and joined Amy’s in 2018. Nat combines extensive flower and business experience with exceptional people skills, helping staff and customers feel genuinely valued. She is super passionate about the Core Values and general ethos here at Amy's and strives to create a workplace that allows our Team to thrive in and out of work.

When she's not thinking about Amy's, she has 3 adult children and a 4 year old Grandson (the love of her life!) and is a devoted dog & cat mum, a talented singer and a lover of music and theatre.

Emily

Emily is from the Isle of Wight. A UK-trained and qualified florist, and our Weddings specialist - she fell in love with a Kiwi and, much to our delight, has been part of our Amy's Team for 8 years! She excels under pressure and loves that uniqueness that comes with wedding florals. A ray of sunshine on the cloudiest of days, her loud laugh, generous smile and warm spirit can always be relied upon to keep the Team motivated and happy! She lives rurally and loves to potter around ticking off the never ending To-Do-List that comes with house renos and has 2 gorgeous girls that keep her busy when she does get a chance to relax...

Roswitha

Ros and her family made the brave decision to leave their home in South Africa and begin a new life in New Zealand. She has always had a passion for floristry and often helped with flowers for friends and family. Ros popped into the shop one day, and her passion and eagerness to learn won us over. She has been with us for over 3 years now and is one of our "2IC's" and is our go-to Logistics Gal during Valentines and Mother's Day madness! She has a busy house with teenage to adult aged kids coming and going and they all love to explore NZ whenever they get a chance!

Anita

Anita has also been with us for over 8 years , has 28 years of experience as a florist and is one of our most experienced team members! She has worked on high-profile events and brings extensive knowledge and skill to everything she creates. Neaty is always ready for a laugh or cheeky joke, gives her all to everything she takes on and is often the one in the Team that jumps up to make a cup of tea for you and give you a cuddle on a bad day. She loves to add a little wild to her florals and is always looking to create 'movement" in her pieces. She has 4 special boys in her life - her Hubby, Son and 2 Doggos!

Kate

Kate is one of our senior florists having been with us for 8+ years! Kate excelles in lush, dreamy florals - she makes exceptional bouquets and we LOVE watching her create the XXL Showstoppers! Kate is always making us laugh and if there's a Dad joke to be had - she's taking full advantage! This year she has been busy as she recently married and brought a new home - In her downtime she has been enjoying her new home and as her hubby loves Rugby League, Kate has discovered her love for it too. Up the Wahs!!!!! aye Kate ;o)

Holly

Holly came to us 2 years ago from Ireland! She had floristry experience there and brought her skill set to us here at Amy's. She has the soul of an artist and has really taken the Amy's style and makes stunner after stunner for our customers. She has an eye for taking a great photo and is our unofficial/official picture taker! Holly can seem on the quiet side - don't let that fool you - she also has a wicked sense of dark humour and is a great advocate for what she believes in! She has recently been taking welding classes (go girl!!) and loves to challenge herself and is always out to learn new skills.

Gina

Gina is our longest standing Team member! She has been with Amy's for almost 10 years and we would be lost without her! While she is formally trained and loves floristry, she has a "Real Job" and works full time as a bookkeeper (studying to be an accountant!!) - so we are her cheeky "bit on the side"!!

Gina loves the creative outlet of working with us at Amy's and without her our weekends would fall apart! She is warm and caring and always quick to smile and laugh (even if it is at herself, hahah) When not working she has a daughter and a gorgeous fur-baby Rag Doll that keep her busy!

Pearl

Pearl is our number one Team Therapist.

She has been with us since she was eight weeks old (and is now 6!) and can often be found sleeping on the couch in the shop front or tucked between the legs of one of our florists at thier station. Her favourite things are long cuddles, whatever you have for lunch and, above all else, her Mum Nat!!
