Flowers, gifts and substitutions
Flowers are seasonal and every arrangement is made by hand. If an item is unavailable, we may substitute something of equal or greater value while preserving the overall style and value. Product photographs are a guide; natural flowers and handmade arrangements will vary.
Prices, payment and purchase orders
The price and delivery charge shown during checkout are the prices that apply. Shopify and its payment providers process online payments securely; Amy’s Flowers does not receive or store your complete card number. Purchase-order checkout is only available to approved account customers.
Changes and cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. If production or dispatch has not begun, we will try to help. Approved cancellations may be refunded less a $10 administration fee.
Delivery
You are responsible for a complete and accurate recipient name, address, phone number and instructions. If incorrect information causes a failed delivery, redelivery may be charged. Please report a delivery problem within 24 hours.
Freshness and problems
If an arrangement is damaged, incorrect or not as expected, contact us within 24 hours with a clear photograph. Flowers are covered by our five-day freshness guarantee.
Returns
Flowers and other perishables cannot normally be returned. Unused, non-perishable gifts may be brought to 24 Lincoln Street within seven days in original resalable condition.
Alcohol
Alcohol may only be ordered by and delivered to people aged 18 or over. Identification may be required and delivery may be refused where age cannot be verified.
Photos, feedback and privacy
Where offered, we photograph the completed gift and send the purchaser a private feedback link. Feedback and photographs are not displayed publicly unless our publication rules and permissions allow it.
Competitions and promotions
Entry is limited to people meeting the published eligibility requirements. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash. Additional terms published with a promotion also apply.
