I put the wrong address on the order and a staff member phoned me (I live in Australia ) to inform me. We sorted the error and my friend received the beautiful plant. She loves it and it has pride of place on her deck. Wonderful product and excellent service. Thank you.

Thanks so much for sending the photo. It's great to actually know what the product one is sending ends up looking like. It's being sent due to a bereavement so much appreciated that it is so lovely.
NZ Post also did well-they texted me to let me know that the order had been picked up from you & also when it had been delivered.
