What measures are we taking to protect you and our team in the Coronavirus pandemic?
We want to update you on how Amy’s Flowers is working hard to keep our team and customers safe and healthy.
Our goal is to continue to provide the products and services that people need while doing our utmost to protect our team, and people purchasing or receiving products from us.
How are we doing this?
We have put in place thorough cleaning and sanitizing routines for both our shop surfaces and our team members.
We have asked that if a member of our team displays any signs or symptoms of the flu they refrain from coming to work.
What are our recommendations?
We highly recommend placing your order online or over the phone and having the product delivered to the recipient instead of picking up from our store.
Our couriers have procedures in place to limit or have zero contact with people receiving product from us. So if you are sending a gift to someone that is unwell please let us know in the delivery instructions and our couriers can take precautionary measures.
Over the coming weeks we will continue to monitor the situation and make any changes needed to keep our community and our team safe.
